I was made aware of VendorFinder.com from a friend, and the name stuck in my head as it was very easy to remember. I recently had the need to find an asphalt vendor to take on several jobs that unexpectedly opened when our primary vendor pulled out on us just prior to starting the job. Realizing that the weather was about to turn, and that we needed to start these jobs quickly, I looked up Vendorfinder.com and was able to locate three vendors in a matter of minutes, and two of them came out within days to bid the projects. We did select one of the vendors we found on the website, awarded them a $30,000 job, and are in the midst of completing it as I write this.

The interface on the website is straightforward, and I appreciated having a central place to look for vendors whom I might not otherwise know about unless I found them up in the Yellow pages or by word of mouth. I hope that this resource continues to grow as I can see it becoming an invaluable place to connect those who provide services to the Apartment Industry to those who need them.
